Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Payments

I politely request that session payment is made by bank transfer 24 hours before your session is due to take place for me to confirm your session. There are no exceptions to this.

I regret that sessions that are due to take place online will not be attended without the advanced payment, but as the session will have been pre-booked, it will still be chargeable at the full session rate. This payment must be made before any further sessions can be arranged.

In-person session will not go ahead if payment has not been made.

I reserve the right to periodically raise my session fee and shall give four weeks’ notice of this change should it occur.


My Cancellation Policy

I have a strict cancellation policy which is always adhered to.

I do require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel a pre booked session. Please note that if you do not attend a session that has been pre booked or in fact cancel your session for any reason with less than 24 hours’ notice you will always be invoiced for full payment and I regret that I will be unable to facilitate further sessions with you until the missed payment has been received.


My Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given if sessions are pre-paid and over 24 hours have been given to cancel, there will be no exceptions to this.

Agreed refunds for sessions or courses that have been cancelled with 24 or more hours’ notice but paid for initially via Stripe payment button, will be paid back to you minus the transaction fee charged by Stripe for issuing a refund.

Payments which are eligible for a refund and have been made via bank transfer, will be refunding via bank transfer.
