I created the website, It’s just a feeling, many years ago to help other people to understand anxious feelings and panic attacks, and to show them how to learn to manage these symptoms and regain a good quality of life.

I have a vested personal interest in changing the way that anxiety is identified and supported.  For 24 years I have worked closely with individuals across the world who have found themselves experiencing anxious feelings, and with services with work hard to understand an effective means of responding to the anxious epidemic in todays modern society, and to reduce the stigma’s surrounding this.
